God Kept Me Close (GKMC) Brand is going green! This journey actually started 6 years ago when I met this very loving family and started caring for their children, the mother just happened to work for the CDC. She introduced me to composting, recycling, and lots of other eco friendly products. I was not on board at first but then I started doing my research and now after 6 years I totally get it and I am still learning. With that said I am happy to announce we have created a sustainability guarantee 4 life program where as our company (GKMC) uses recycled fabric and other 100% cotton and other organic eco friendly materials to help reduce our carbon foot print and steps we can take to have a positive impact on the environment.
As we kick off this green initiative! our goal is to become a sustainable and environmentally conscious company by reviewing our best practices for environmental impact as part of our overall commitment to continuous improvement.
Starting today and going forward
Additionally, we are taking some further small steps to eliminate the additional waste that we produce in our office.
Commitment to using recycled materials, such as paper, whenever feasible
Initiatives to reduce overall water usage
Recycling of all e-waste through environmentally friendly vendors.
We will providing quarterly updates for our green initiative at the end September for this year 2023. We are so excited to kick off this initiative and please have a green 2023
